Testing and running in

Before the form tool is finally implemented in production, it can be tested “live” in our purpose-built test facility, where we have installed injection-moulding machines with a closing force of 50–160 tons. Our testing department also provides room for connecting and constructing customer machines.

Prototypes and 0-series can be produced here – and the finished tool can be tested under conditions that are close to the customer’s production conditions. In this way, the last few adjustments can be made to ensure problem-free integration in the customer’s production.
