Sønderborg Værktøjsfabrik A/S became part of  “Flex Company” in 2014

In July 2014, Sønderborg Værktøjsfabrik A/S changed owner and became part of Flextronics, which subsequently changed name to Flex.

Flex is a global company offering various services within design, manufacture, distribution and after-market services. Flex also owns other tool factories and wants to portray coherence and common strength by using the same logotype, among other things. Sønderborg Værktøjsfabrik A/S keeps it´s name but adds ”A Flex Company” as a sub-title.

Our local focus to meet the needs of our existing customers and market demand remains unchanged.
